The contrast circuit is a hydrotherapy technique based on alternating temperatures (heat and cold) applied to the body. Inspired by Nordic traditions, this ritual uses steam from a sauna or steam bath, alternating with dips in cold water or a sensation shower.

The session lasts 90 minutes, including 15 minutes for changing. Our team will provide you with a coloured wristband to help us manage capacity and ensure the spa remains a peaceful environment.
Below is a breakdown of what your Spa entry includes:
- Lockers.
- Towel for exclusive use in the sauna.
- Shower towel.
- Flip-flops.
- Swimming cap (please ask our team if you need one).
- Access to the wellness area: 90-minute contrast circuit.
- Access to the changing room with shower, locker and hairdryer for a total of 15 minutes.
- Buffet of nuts and fresh fruit with teas and herbal teas.
You may use the changing room for a maximum of 15 minutes after leaving the wellness area.
Are there any restrictions or contraindications regarding access to the spa?
If you are in any of the following situations, you should not use the spa facilities:
