The spa circuit lasts 90 minutes. It alternates between different stations, contrasting cold, heat, dry and humid environments.

Below is a list of what is included in your 90min Spa pass:
- Towel for exclusive use in the sauna

- Flip-flops
- Swimming cap (ask our team if you need one)
- Access to the Spa circuit area for 90 minutes
- Access to the changing room with shower, locker and hairdryer. Enjoy this moment of calm and deep relaxation.
Are there any restrictions or contraindications for accessing the spa?
Should you be in one of these situations, you should not use the spa:
- Pregnancy of 6 months or more
- Cardiovascular or blood pressure diseases
- Epilepsy, skin diseases such as dermatitis, and those with infections or open wounds
