La Residencia Puerto has updated its coronavirus cancellation policy of eligible reservations for refunds and modifications. Global Policy for Existing direct reservations (telephone, email or through laresidenciatarifa.com website) for upcoming travel through May 31, 2020: 

Guests who booked a non-flexible rate for travel prior to May 31,2020 may modify their reservation for future travel through May 31, 2021 without any modification fees by contacting the hotel directly or cancel their reservation and be refunded without penalty. To cancel or modify your reservation, please contact the hotel directly. Any customer accepting a change of date or voucher instead of a refund will be automatically added to our MEMBERSHIP program; we will prepare special rewards for you! 

Note: changes to existing reservations will be subject to availability and any rate differences 

Note: guests requesting refunds of any kind (i.e. cash or credit voucher) may take up 

to 90 days from the date of cancellation to be processed. 

For booking with dates from june 1st, 2020, the following applies: 

? For guests from America, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific

For a stay between june 1st, 2020 and december 30th, 2020, you may modify your reservation for a future date without any modification fees (subject to availability and applicable rates and conditions) or you may cancel your reservation and receive a credit voucher only for the full value of their reservation 28/04/2020 LA RESIDENCIA PUERTO, TARIFA 

? For guests from Europe (including all overseas regions) and UK, : for a stay between June 1st, 2020 and September 15th, 2020 inclusive, guests may cancel their reservations and receive a credit voucher only for the full value of their reservation for use at the same hotel or modify their reservation for a future date (subject to availability and applicable rates and conditions) To cancel and receive a credit voucher or change dates, please contact the hotel directly. 

? For guests from Spain: for a stay scheduled between june, 1st, 2020 and september 15, 2020 inclusive, guests may cancel their reservations and receive a credit voucher only for the full value of their reservation or modify their reservation for a future date (subject to availability and applicable rates and conditions). To cancel and receive a credit voucher or change dates, please contact the hotel directly. 

Third party bookings: (booking.com, Expedia, Ctrip, Hrs) 

For guests who booked through a travel agent, online booking platform or other third parties, please contact your booking provider directly for assistance. 

Group Bookings: 

All group bookings, including for meetings and events, our sales team is working to provide the maximum flexibility possible, in assessing case by case the need to cancel or postpone events.
